What is Dowry system
Money, property and other things that the bride brings from her parents’ house is known as a Dowry. In the past, Hindu parents gave a dowry to their daughters because women didn’t always have rights. A dowry was also demanded by the groom or his family. Now, it has become a culture in India & Pakistan. These two countries are highly affected by the dowry. In early times, the use of a dowry was prevalent in wealthy families but many ordinary families also adopted this system in their culture. The reason for this adoption was greed.

Humbleness of Sayyiduna Farooq-e-A’zamرَضِىَ اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰي عَنۡهُ

Pray For Parents

Islam has given the father a prominent and distinguished status. A father is such a great blessing for his children that its example is not found. However, where Islam has highlighted the respect and importance of a father, it has also given some responsibilities to him as a father. One of the most important responsibilities of a father is ‘to give his children a good upbringing’.

Fasts of Pious People

Undoubtedly, the pious people had a belief that the heat on the plains of Mahshar and of Hell is far more intense than the worldly heat. The fortunate people, who after bearing worldly heat succeed in observing fasts in this world for the pleasure of Allah اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ عَزَّوَجَلَّ will be in peace in the Hereafter.

Therefore, in hot weather, whether it is the mandatory fasts of Ramadan or Nafl fasts we should keep in mind that the more we feel the warmth of heat and the intensity of hunger and thirst, the more we will be rewarded

Bad Character of Yazeed

Sadr-ul-Afadil, ‘Allamah Mufti Sayyid Muhammad Na’eemuddin Muradabadiرَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه has stated that Sayyiduna Imam Husayn’s presence was a great obstacle for the freedom of Yazeed. He knew that he would not be able to act freely in Sayyiduna Imam Husain’s blessed era, and his evils were not going to be tolerated. He could see that the whip of a religious person like Sayyiduna Imam Husayn رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ is always ready for him,

Virtues of Sadqah

Sadaqah means to spend something in the way of Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ without the intention of receiving praise from the people, rather, doing it with the intention to attain reward from the blessed court of Allahعَزَّوَجَلَّ .
(Kitab-ut-Ta’reefat, pp. 94)
From this definition of Sadaqah, we have come to know that real Sadaqah is free from any kind of showing off and desires for respect and praises from the people, it is only done for the pleasure of Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ and for attaining rewards from Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ.

Amazing Story of Mahmud Ghazni

Yamīn-ud-Dawla Abul-Qāṣim Maḥmūd ibn Sebüktegīn (Persianیمین‌الدوله ابوالقاسم محمود بن سبکتگین‎‎), more commonly known as Mahmud of Ghazni (محمود غزنوی; November 971 – 30 April 1030), also known as Mahmūd-i Zābulī (محمود زابلی), was the most prominent ruler of the Ghaznavid Empire. He conquered the eastern Iranian lands and the northwestern Indian subcontinent (modern Afghanistan and Pakistan) from 997 to his death in 1030. He was the first ruler to carry the title Sultan ("authority"), signifying the extent of his power, though preserving the ideological link to the suzerainty of the Abbasid Caliphate. During his rule, he invaded and plundered parts of Hindustan (east of the Indus River) 17 times
